Founded in 2025, the Telford Darts Organisation began as an idea shared over a few drinks before quickly turning into a fast-growing darts organisation.

Led by Sam Hamilton and Dorian Hall, TDO was created with a clear goal: to deliver darts nights and competitions that cater for all standards of play while giving players the chance to perform under the spotlight.

Returns Within 30 Days: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

Original Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, just as you received it. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the product.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalised items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift vouchers are non-returnable. 

Damaged or incorrect items: Please follow the Return Process, ensuring you upload an image of the damaged or incorrect item

Delivery Summary

• Most orders leave us within 72 hours, however this may be longer during our peak season (Black Friday - Jan)
• Items purchased over the weekend, bank holiday or Friday afternoon will be processed over the weekend and be collected by the couriers on Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
• Personalised items take an additional 2-6 business days to complete.
